We finally got a gorgeous day so we took advantage of it with a walk. We went to the library and then headed to the downtown area of Melrose, stopping along the way to window shop and enjoy the sunshine! Of course Ava slept a little but was awake most of the time, taking in everything:)

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Ava's first St. Patty's day was celebrated with a walk to the Irish bakery downtown Melrose and a Irish dinner. On our walk down to the bakery we ran into a man playing bagpipes in a kilt and everyone wearing green. Obviously we had to wear our green too:) We had a wonderful day celebrating being Irish (everyone is Irish on that day)!

Ava 4 months
Sweet Ava turned 4 months today! She is such a happy baby:) She is really getting a personality on her. I think she might be a little social bug, she loves being out and all she wants to do is talk and talk to whomever will listen. It's really cute! Ava loves tummy time and being on the her changing table. She coos and laughs the whole time. We have being doing a lot of play dates with our friends. Looking forward to doing activities and play dates this summer. Warmer weather is right around the corner!

Jimmy and Tara's Wedding Weekend
My best friend got married this past weekend to a wonderful man! We have been best friend's since high school and I don't see it ever changing even with me 1,000 miles away. She has been there through the worst, bad, good, and exciting times of my life. To this day we make each other laugh, cry, and most of time laughing so hard we are crying. She will always be a special part of my life and now that she is starting this new journey. I can't be more happy for her that she has found a loving partner!
We wish Tara and Jimmy much love, laughter, and good health as they start their future together.
Also, it was just a fun weekend to see all of my high school friends share in this wonderful time in her life. We had so much fun catching up on old times and laughing at new ones. They are a great group of girls and respect every one of them. It's amazing that we have known each other for so long. I swear it feels like yesterday we were walking the halls of MND as freshman and now we are moms, wives, teachers, etc. Who would have ever thought....here's to many more years of being such great girlfriends.
