Cary had to work on his 30th birthday so I decided to make him and cake and a birthday dinner. It was a low key day but he had a great weekend the weekend before so it made up for it! The cake was yummy, dark chocolate cake with cream cheese icing!

Ari and Jeremy's Wedding
While we were back in Cincy for the weekend we attended Ari and Jeremy's wedding at the Manor House. The bride looked beautiful and groom handsome. Everything turned out wonderful for them and they were smiling ear to ear the whole night. It was nice to catch up with OD and Kris to over dinner. The night ended with the last dance and hanging out with friends.

He was a little more then surprised when he saw everyone there wishing him a happy birthday. It was great to see all our friends and family and a nice way to for Cary to celebrate his 30th birthday. York Beach, Maine
Friday after we said goodbye the Matt and Mike Brewer families:( Dad, mom, and I went north to find the ocean and some beaches. We landed in York, ME where we had lunch on the beach. Mom and Dad had some lobster which was really delicious! It was a short trip but before we left we had to put our feet in the ocean. The water was so cold but the weather was so nice. It was Baby Wise first trip to the ocean! The day turned out wonderful and relaxing before they made the trip back to Cincinnati.

Last Stop, Fenway and Harvard
On one of the last days that the whole family was here we went down to Fenway and then made our way over to Harvard for dinner. We took a tour of the park which is the next best thing to seeing a game. The kids got to hear all about the history and in 2012, Fenway could become an historic place. From there we went to Harvard University and hopefully got some of the kids excited about going there, can we say class of 2023, 2026, 2028, or 2029....you never know! We ate at this fabulous place near Harvard where Dad and Matt sweated for awhile:) At one point dad said his eyeballs were sweating. It was another great day in Boston!

Baby Wise 22 weeks!
While the Brewer family was here, they also got to see Baby Wise. It was so special to have my mom, dad, Lynn, and Carrie in the room with us when we got to see another view of Baby Wise. The baby and mom are doing great! Moving and growing like crazy. This past visit the baby was very animated. We got pictures of different poses and of course he/she is sooo cute:) There was so many opinions about the sex, Matt and dad definitely think they are professional ultrasound techs:) It is still a surprise! We are just so blessed and happy that Baby Wise is healthy. Llooking forward to becoming parents to this special guy....or girl!

Museum of Science
The next day the family went to the Museum of Science where we saw everything from electricity to whales and possum to magic pictures. Everyone had there favorite part of museum but everyone agreed it was a wonderful day full of fun! We had fun and at the same time learned quite a bit. From possum do not play dead, they are frightened so much they pass out to Mike does a pretty good whale sound:) We will definitely have to go back since we didn't get a chance to see it all! We ended the night with seafood at Turner's, yummy! Another wonderful day with the family!

Boston Duck Tour
The day after the 4th the whole family headed down to Boston for the tour of the city. We took the T down to the Boston Commons. Then walked to Cheers, Boston Gardens, Newbury St., and Prudential Center where we caught a Duck Tour with a mermaid. The tour took us all around the city and highlighted historic parts. Toward the end it took us into the Charles River, where the small and big kids or should I say big kid (dad) got to drive:) We ended the day down in the North End with dinner, Paul Revere, and canolis bigger then your head. It was another exciting and wonderful time with the family!
First time on the T, I think the kids thought it was a roller coaster. They wanted to keep riding it
