Last Pool Day of the Summer

We joined a pool this summer and today was the last time it would be open.  It was nice since Grandma and Papa were there to enjoy it too.  The girls got to splash in the splash park and swim in the big pool.  One of the exciting moments of the day, Ava went underwater for the first time.  We were so proud of her, she has come a long way from the beginning of summer.  Nolan was so good, all he did was sleep and eat.  Also I finally got to play around in the water with the girls since having Nolan.  Cary got to soak up the sun and G&P relaxed while watching the kids.  Turned out to be a beautiful day full of sunshine!

Meeting Papa & Tummy time

Nolan got to meet Papa for the first time today.  It definitely was love at first sight.  He just stared and stared while Papa talked to him.  It was the cutest thing.  I think Nolan favorite part of Papa was his belly.  Almost everyday he would fall asleep on it, just adorable.  Little does Nolan know Papa will be one of his best buddies.  These are the moments that I would love to bottle up and keep forever.

Nolan 1 month

Nolan is one month today!!  Not sure where that month went, oh right feeding, changing, and sleeping:)  That is pretty much what he is doing.  Nolan is such a good boy, sleeps through anything but I think he might be getting spoiled with all the visitors.  He is becoming more alert with some coos and smiles.  His favorite thing is when his sisters hold and kiss all over him.  He is doing tummy time and getting strong, moving is head side to side.  I think it might be because he has great cheering from his sisters.  Every day is such a blessing with him!

Ladies that Will Always Be in Nolan's Life

He will always have three moms, he is such a lucky boy!  We love him to pieces!!

This is How I Sleep:)

This is how Nolan likes to sleep, with his hands up at his face.  I think he makes the most adorable poses while he sleeps, can't get enough.  The funny thing is that we have many ultrasound pictures that look exactly like these.  The last two pictures are very similar to what Ava liked to do when she was sleeping.  They look like twins!

Nolan's First Bath

Nolan finally got to take a bath instead of just being wiped down.  He did so good but at first he didn't really enjoy it.  I love it when newborns are first put in, they have no idea what is going on.  He cried at the beginning then loved it when daddy poured water on him but then cried again.  He knew when he was done.  Of course the bath takes all of two minutes but the first one is always special.  At the end he was wrapped up in a towel, all warm and cuddly.  He smelled so good!
