Wichita Botanica

During our trip to Kansas we went to the Wichita Botanica.  It was a beautiful day and such gorgeous flowers!  Ava had a blast, there was even a kids area for her to run around.  Spring is here!

Ava visits Wichita

Ava took her first trip to Wichita, KS to visit some of her relatives.  She got to see and play with Granny, Jan & Jim, Jeremy & John and their boys.  Ava also got to have fun with all their dogs, she loved when they would give her doggy licks:)  Cheryl (Grandmom) met us out there too which was a nice bonus.  Ava had wonderful time with her!  Cary and I also had a great time visiting with everyone.  It was so nice to catch up and to top it off we were in Kansas when KU when to the NCAA Championship.  We must have brought them luck:)  Looking forward to seeing them again!

This year did not have a good time with the Easter Bunny at the mall.  I think she knew something we didn't know, he was a little scary.  The pictures pretty much say it all:)  She will love these when she gets older.  Happy Easter!

A Walk with Daddy

Ava and Daddy took a walk downtown Melrose.  They got some coffee (well daddy did) and then to the pond to look at the swans.  It was a nice afternoon for a walk:)

Zoo with Mommy

Ava and I went to the Zoo since it was so nice outside.  She say a bald eagle, bears, monkeys, and flamingos.  There was even a baby monkey.  I don't know about Ava but I could have stayed there all day watching the little guy with his parents.  It was so cute!  I think all Ava was interested in though was watching all the other kids.  After lunch she just ran around and around.  She did not want to leave, I guess she was having to much fun.  We will have to go back!

Baby Wise #2: 20 weeks

Baby Wise #2 is 20 weeks!  We are half way there and baby is moving more and more.  Mommy is feeling great!  Baby is happy and healthy!  The little peanut loves to hear Ava and Mommy all day:) We are so looking forward to meeting the little one, it is going to be a wonderful addition to our family!

Boston Children Museum

We took a trip down to the Boston Children Museum over the weekend.  Ava had so much fun with Mommy and Daddy!  She walked everywhere and played with everything:)  We stopped for lunch which during Daddy read her a book.  She loved the block pit where she just giggled and giggled!  She didn't want to leave, looks like we will have to go back soon!  It was a nice day as a family:)
