Tess's Confirmation

I made a quick trip back to Cincinnati to be Tess's confirmation sponsor.  Tess did great and I was so proud of her.  She has grown into a strong, caring, and Godly young women.  I was so happy to be part of the beginning of her journey with God.  Tess choose her confirmation name which is the same as my middle name, Katherine.  The whole family was there for the celebration except my crew but they were there in spirit.  The whole mass was very special and I could feel the Holy Spirit all around the candidates.  Looking forward to being a part of her spiritual journey. Frozen on Ice

We took the girls to go see Frozen on Ice which was no doubt in our mind that it was going to be a big hit with them.  They absolutely had a blast!  They even got to see it with all their friends.  We were in a suite with all of them  It was great to have the kids being able to move around and we even had our own bathroom.  That was huge!!  The whole time we didn't hear a peep out of Ava and Reagan.  I think at one point she told me she couldn't eat her lunch because she was to busy watching the show.  Disney did it up right, it was like watching the movie but on ice.  The show had everything from Olaf to the Snow Monster.  The girls really enjoyed themselves!  They said their best part was watching it with their friends.  Not sure how we are going to top this, I guess going to Disney:)

Baby Wise #3: Is a Boy or Girl?

Surprise, in so many ways!!!  We are having Baby #3 in July and we are over the moon excited!  We also found out what we are having.  Cary and I decided to make it fun for Ava and Reagan and put balloons in a box so when they open the box the coordinating balloon would come out.  Pink for girl and blue for boy.  Can you guess what color they were?  BLUE, we are having a boy!!  It was the best surprise ever even though we would have been surprised either way.  The girls had fun with it and kept putting the balloons back in the box for another surprise.  It was such a special memory to share with the girls.  We are truly blessed and looking forward to meeting Baby Boy Wise!

Valentine Day Cookies & Presents

For Valentine's Day we made heart shaped cookies well I made them and the girls decorated them.  It was a team effort.  Of course the cookies were delicious!  After the cookies the Ava and Reagan got to open presents from their loving grandparents.  They have the best grandparents that remember them even though we live so far apart.  Valentine's Day is always a special day to tell people you love them.
