Reagan tasted her first solids (rice cereal) and the verdict is still out if she liked it. The pictures might say it all though. At least she was happy during the whole feeding:) But her face is priceless during the first taste. Her big sister was having fun!
Inside this blog you will find wonderful moments of our lives and a family full of support, happiness, and laughter. This blog will be able to capture all those Wise togetherness, so we can remember them for a lifetime.

O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
This year we skipped the Christmas tree farm and went the fake route but it turned out to be perfect. It was perfect for Ava and Reagan, just the right size. We decorated it with some ornaments and topped it with a star. Ava was a big helper putting all the ornaments on. Reagan just watched but loved looking at it once the tree was lit, more like staring. She loved the lights! Like I said the Tree was perfect for our place!
How God has richly decorated thee!

St. Nick Day
St. Nick came to our house and brought some good treats. Ava and Reagan both got goldfish snacks even though Reagan can't eat those yet and a Christmas craft. I'm sure Reagan was fine giving her snack to Ava, it's the giving season:) She just wanted to box anyways:) Ava also got tights. St. Nick was very nice this year, he knew exactly what they wanted. My husband even got something, he must have been a good boy:) Tis the Season, Merry Christmas!

Zoo Lights
Took the girls to Stone Zoo, Zoo Lights to start off the holiday season. We met the playgroup friends which was so nice to do something with the dads. Ava loved looking at all the lights and Reagan pretty much slept the whole time. We even got our picture taken with a reindeer. It was a warm night but we treated ourselves to hot chocolate. The lights were perfect for the kids and they loved walking around together. I think the adults had a fun time too!

Thanksgiving: Gobble, Gobble, Gobble
This year I cooked my very first Thanksgiving dinner with a little help from my Mother-in-Law! The turkey was the hardest part but now I know how to cook one:) Ava named our turkey Bob. Bob was blessed before we ate him by a little JD. We had a low key day with cooking and football. All the cooking was worth it but seems like you cook all day and then you are down eating in 5 mins:) So glad to have Cheryl with us, we are so blessed and thankful for our family. Looking forward to many more family holidays!

Grandmom's Visit
Grandmom Wise came in for Thanksgiving and the girls had a blast with her. She played with Ava (a lot) and held Reagan which she loved. Ava wanted Grandmom to do everything with her, they were like peas and carrots:) She even taught Ava how to turn the water on and off when she washed her hands. Grandmom was so nice that she even let Ava play with her phone and sunglasses. Ava can't wait for her to come back for a visit, we can't either!
