The Red Sox win the World Series, the Red Sox win the World Series!!!! This year we got to celebrate World Series Champions with the City of Boston at the famous duck boat parade. They predicted over a million people at the parade and that is what they got. We were at lease seven people from the front but it was all worth it. We were standing on Tremont St. near King's Chapel. As they were passing the bells tolled on the Church and the crowd was cheering. The highlights of the parade: appearances by (well at least who we saw) Manager John Farrell, Pitcher Jon Lester, Catcher David Ross (played for the Reds), David Ortiz, Outfielder Shane Victorino, and Wally the Green Monster.
It was a blast seeing all those guys and celebrating with the city. Ava had a great time and kept saying I was hurting her ears because I was yelling to loud. She better get use to it, I can only imagine what I'm going to be like when she starts playing sports:) Of course Reagan was once again a doll, she was so entertained by everyone! Such a fun memory for them!
